STEP 1 - Prepare the Surface
Before applying Tornado Crackfiller, make sure the crack is clean and ready for repair. Remove all loose debris, dirt, weeds, and vegetation from the crack. If weeds or vegetation are present, treat the area with an herbicide about one week prior to application to prevent regrowth.
STEP 2 — Apply the Crack Filler
Pour Tornado Crackfiller directly into the crack until the material is level with the pavement surface. Use a squeegee or similar tool to spread and smooth any excess product so it sits flush with the surrounding asphalt.
STEP 3 — Allow Time to Cure
Allow the crack filler to fully cure before applying pavement sealant, striping, or opening the repaired area to traffic. Once cured, the rubberized formula forms a flexible, durable seal that helps protect your pavement from water infiltration and further cracking.
